State Asphalt Services provides spray sealing, as the most economic type of surfacing for moderately trafficked roads within the road network, and is capable of providing this service throughout the Sydney metro area and rural New South Wales. State Asphalt Services is able to provide the following spray seal surface treatments;
Where spray sealing is utilised to reseal pavements as part of a periodic maintenance program, it provides a rejuvenated surface on which vehicles are able to travel. The rejuvenation and restoration of roads through the implementation of spray sealing services, is a core operational area within State Asphalt Services. Ideal for restoring worn sealed surfaces, spray seal can be applied in most weather conditions and provides the benefit of allowing traffic to pass immediately after the project is completed.
State Asphalt Services owns a high specialised fleet of equipment suited specifically for its spray seal operations and for the transport and storage of emulsions. Beyond the spray seal product, State Asphalt Services is able to partner with the Asphalt division to provide a complete pavement solution, and can also manage the traffic control and reinstatement of line markings for a full service project.

These works have included the use of C170-7mm and S45R-10mm spray seal designs on RMS roads.
